- This includes photographs, barcoding, or listing each item for tracking.
- Items are categorised by type and condition (restorable vs. non-restorable).
Pack-Out & Transport
- Salvageable items are gently packed using protective materials to prevent further damage.
- Items are then transported to our secure, weather-resistant storage pod located at your property or our restoration facility.
Cleaning & Decontamination
- Items are cleaned using specialised techniques depending on the damage:
- Ultrasonic cleaning for soot or smoke-damaged items.
- Deodorization for smoke-affected contents.
- Dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or abrasive cleaning for textiles, electronics, and furniture.
Pack-Back & Delivery
- Once the home or business is ready, items are delivered and placed back in their original location.
