Air Movers / Blowers
We use high-velocity air movers and blowers to accelerate the drying process by pushing air across wet surfaces. This promotes evaporation and helps prevent mold and structural damage, making the restoration process more efficient.

Dehumidifiers
Our commercial-grade dehumidifiers work alongside air movers to remove moisture from the air. By controlling humidity levels, they help create a balanced drying environment and prevent further damage and mold growth.

Water Extraction Tools
We utilise powerful water extraction tools to quickly remove standing water from floors, carpets, and other surfaces. This step is crucial to minimise water damage and speed up the drying process.

Moisture Meters
To ensure no hidden moisture is left behind, we use advanced moisture meters, including specialised tools for reading concrete. These devices help us detect moisture deep within materials, allowing for targeted and effective drying.

Air Purifiers
During the restoration process, we run air purifiers to clean the air of mold spores, dust, and other contaminants. This not only improves air quality but also creates a safer environment for both our team and the property owner.

Thermal Camera
Our thermal cameras allow us to detect hidden moisture behind walls, ceilings, and floors without invasive methods. By identifying problem areas early, we can take accurate, non-destructive action to prevent long-term damage.

HEPA Vacuum System
We use HEPA vacuum systems to safely remove fine dust, mold spores, and other microscopic particles during cleanup. These vacuums are equipped with high-efficiency filters that trap 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, ensuring contaminants aren’t released back into the air. This is especially important in restoration projects where maintaining clean, healthy indoor air is critical for safety and compliance with industry standards.

Thermal Fogger
We use ULV foggers to disinfect and deodorize affected areas, releasing a fine mist that reaches deep into surfaces to eliminate bacteria, mould, and odours.

Desiccant Dehumidifier
We use desiccant dehumidifiers to remove moisture from the air, especially in low-temperature or severe water damage situations. They help speed up drying by pulling moisture from building materials and the environment.
