Meth Decontamination Process

Our certified technicians decontaminate meth-affected properties to meet health and safety standards.

Site Assessment

We begin with a thorough assessment of the property to determine the extent of contamination. This includes surface and air sampling, identifying high-risk areas, and evaluating the structure and contents.

Detailed Work Plan

Based on the assessment, we develop a tailored decontamination plan that meets local health and safety regulations. This includes outlining the cleaning process, protective measures, and clearance criteria.

Isolation and Containment

To prevent cross-contamination, we isolate affected areas using physical barriers and establish negative air pressure zones. All technicians wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during the process.

Surface and Structural Cleaning

We clean and treat all contaminated surfaces using specialized chemical agents and techniques. This may include removing porous materials like drywall, carpet, or insulation if contamination levels are too high for effective cleaning.

HEPA Vacuuming and Air Scrubbing

All surfaces and remaining contents are vacuumed using HEPA-filtered systems to remove microscopic residues. Air scrubbers are used to filter and clean the air throughout the property.

Post-Decontamination Testing

After cleaning, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure all meth residues are below regulatory limits. Independent lab results are used to confirm the property is safe for reoccupation.

Clearance and Documentation

Once the property passes all tests, we issue a clearance certificate and provide full documentation of the decontamination process for your records and compliance.
